Kriyam.ai Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 1 Oct 2026 · Clauses 10 and 17 of the Terms of Service

Refunds

10.5 Refunds. Except as stated in these Terms, an Order Form, or where Applicable Law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) requires, Fees are non-refundable. Individual Users may cancel a paid plan within 7 days of first purchase for a full refund if they have processed fewer than 5 pages.

Billing, renewal and price changes

10.2 Billing. Subscriptions are billed [monthly/annually] in advance; usage-based charges are billed in arrears. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Self-serve plans are charged automatically to the payment method on file, subject to RBI e-mandate rules for recurring payments.

10.6 Price changes. GEOGO may change Fees on 30 days' notice, effective from the next renewal.

17.1 Term. These Terms apply from your first acceptance until terminated. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods equal to the initial term unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least [30] days before the end of the current term (or cancels in the self-serve console).

Cancellation

17.4 Termination by you for cause. You may terminate if GEOGO commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within 30 days of written notice, and you will receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid Fees for the unexpired term.

17.5 Termination for convenience by GEOGO. GEOGO may discontinue the Services or a plan on 90 days' written notice and refund prepaid Fees for the unexpired term.

17.6 Termination for convenience by you. You may close your Account at any time. Unless an Order Form provides otherwise or Applicable Law requires a refund, Fees for the current term are not refundable and committed Fees under an Order Form remain payable.

Other refunds under the Terms

4.3 Changes to the Services. GEOGO may update, improve, replace or discontinue features or models. GEOGO will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a Subscription Term without [60] days' notice and, where the reduction is material, a pro-rata refund of prepaid Fees for the affected feature.

14.2 GEOGO warranty. GEOGO warrants that the paid Services will perform materially in accordance with the documentation during the Subscription Term. If they do not, and you notify GEOGO within 15 days, GEOGO will use reasonable efforts to correct the non-conformity or, failing that, either party may terminate the affected Service and you will receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid Fees for the remaining term. This is your sole remedy for breach of this warranty. This warranty does not cover the accuracy of any particular Output, which is governed by clause 5.

20.1 Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance (other than payment obligations) caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, flood, earthquake, pandemic or epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action or order, internet or telecommunication failures not caused by that party, failures of Third-Party Providers or hosting providers, or cyber-attacks despite reasonable safeguards (a "Force Majeure Event"). The affected party shall notify the other promptly and use reasonable efforts to mitigate. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than [60] days, either party may terminate the affected Services on written notice, and GEOGO will refund prepaid Fees for the unexpired period.
